3. Processing Timeline

Upon successful verification of the account holder, MTMPay will review and process the account deletion request.

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days, although processing times may vary depending on regulatory, legal, compliance, or operational requirements.

4. What Happens After Account Deletion

Once the account deletion request is approved:

• User access to MTMPay services will be terminated.

• Login access will be disabled.

• User profile information may be removed or anonymized where legally permissible.
